I feel horrible today. I have had this rash on my neck it will be two weeks on Thursday. It's getting bigger and splotchier. Sometimes it feels like its burning and I am so annoyed that I make bad food decisions like the petite cheesecake from the health food store. I sat there looking at it thinking it will be the last cheesecake I eat for 2 years and decided to make the splurge. I also bought blood orange juice yesterday at the farmers market its the best blood orange juice and its been a month or so since I've been to that market so I splurged and bought the smallest bottle they had.
